The team here is friendly & knowledgeable, they provide good professional treatment. The facility is very clean & they have nice modern equipment. I went here for a second opinion & they fulfilled their promise- successfully closing a gap from a missing tooth when another clinic told me they wouldn't be able to without an implant. So thankful!
Met with Dr. Adam to get new retainer trays after having them break. Was welcomed into the office and felt like a king 😅 10/10 service would recommend for anyone!
I’m a new patient with Dr. Brown and have been impressed with the whole office from the very start. All of the staff is so kind and responsive and the office is very clean. They offer a free consultation to new patients to complete your file, which takes about an hour. I came in for a quick repair and was out within 10 minutes. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend!! If you’re looking for a orthodontist this is the place to go. My retainer/implant broke and they fit me in same day and had my replacements ready to go next day! Staff was lovely and so was the doc.
The doctor did a great job explaining how to clean and care for my replacement retainers. Also, the process of scanning my teeth for new retainer was smooth and painless. Highly recommend Factoria Orthodontics!

Dr. Adam is very nice and friendly, take good care of any unexpected teeth issue of my kid during treatment in the past 6 month. The assistants are incredibly warm and patient, always welcoming with a friendly smile and ready to answer any questions. We couldn't finish my son’s orthodontic treatment elsewhere because of the unprofessional treatment, so we decided to start here. The staff is all friendly, and Dr. Adam knew what to do right away, so we decided to come here. I can't wait to see how my son's teeth will change when he's done with orthodontic treatment.
