Very thankful for Dr. Adam and his team’s care for my family. I got evaluations at three orthodontists for my first child’s teeth - Dr. Adam had the most reasonable treatment plan and was mid-range for price. He ended up treating all my younger children also. The office staff was friendly, kind, professional, and especially helpful in scheduling appointments back to back to eliminate extra trips to the office. If we need further orthodontic care, we know who to go to!

It has been a great experience for my daughter’s first orthodontics treatment. The team is well organized and efficient to add extra appointments whenever needed.

Getting braces for both our teens was a great experience. We came when our oldest was 10yo. They did all the scans and said they would not advise getting braces. They came back over the next three years and it was the same. Finally after four years we could see on the x-rays why both kids needed braces.

The front staff and the back staff are wonderful, responsive, and very patient. The back staff showed the kids how to take care of their braces, and then how to take care of their retainer. Dr. Adam answered All of my questions very patiently.

I had braces as an adult and had an excellent experience at Factoria Orthodontics, both my kids are now patients!

The doctor and staff are friendly and helpful to address any questions or issues we have.

This office is wonderful, they make retainers via scan instead of the gross goo and they are so patient with my kiddo on the spectrum. So much better than the office my other kiddo went to.

The receptionist’s here are always very nice and kind. The overall vibe there is very welcoming for anyone looking for orthodontist services.

SO Long over due! I loved my time at FO when I started to see them for my first ortho treatment for my wedding. Everyone in this office was absolutely amazing, and was always so genuinely helpful. This ortho office has been with me pretty much throughout my whole second pregnancy + my wedding! I was sad after my treatment was coming to an end, cause that meant I won’t get to visit the lovely staffs anymore. But lucky me, I did had to eventually return for a retainer replacement, (and during my third pregnancy) and did meet a few new faces in the office, and they were all just as lovely. BUT, Rofya, Julie, Lauren, and Noel will always be my OG gals from the get-go from my first treatment! Absolutely loved my time there, they all made walking into an ortho office more enjoyable. When I had to bring my boys in with me a couple of times, they were so thoughtful and spoiled them with all the FO goodies and treats! Will definitely return for my growing family future ortho needs.
