Lovely service at the front

The entire family has undergone orthodontic treatment at Factoria Orthodontics. Dr. Adam has been incredible and we have excellent results.

My kids had great experience at Factoria Orthodontics! The staff is very friendly and professional, and they made the whole visit smooth and comfortable .They were patient with questions and explained everything clearly. The office is clean and well organized. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy orthodontist!

SO Long over due! I loved my time at FO when I started to see them for my first ortho treatment for my wedding. Everyone in this office was absolutely amazing, and was always so genuinely helpful. This ortho office has been with me pretty much throughout my whole second pregnancy + my wedding! I was sad after my treatment was coming to an end, cause that meant I won’t get to visit the lovely staffs anymore. But lucky me, I did had to eventually return for a retainer replacement, (and during my third pregnancy) and did meet a few new faces in the office, and they were all just as lovely. BUT, Rofya, Julie, Lauren, and Noel will always be my OG gals from the get-go from my first treatment! Absolutely loved my time there, they all made walking into an ortho office more enjoyable. When I had to bring my boys in with me a couple of times, they were so thoughtful and spoiled them with all the FO goodies and treats! Will definitely return for my growing family future ortho needs.

I wanted to lower my upper front laterals, but had NO success with other orthodontists 🙁 But along came Dr Adam, and was extremely grateful because he is great listener. He listened to my issue, and then had the skill and patience to fix it for me. I will be recommending him to do orthodontics work on my girl friend too.
Dr Adam has been so patient with my stubborn lower K9's and lower fronts, I'm so grateful that together we have put in the hard work and determination to move them where they should go.

We've been so pleased with the professionalism and convenience of this office. Our two older children have both been through consultation and one full course of braces. Throughout they've been courteous and helped as a couple complications cropped up over the year and a half for total treatment. Nice smiles abound. Thanks for everything.

Good ortho with lots of equipment

The people at Factoria Orthodontics are truly amazing. Their customer service is the same today as it was nine years ago when I first went in to have my teeth straightened. I recently lost my retainer and they have been so great about getting me in quickly to have a new set made. I highly recommend this practice to anyone needing orthodontia.

I connected with Dr. Skrypczak's office after having previously been a patient of a former owner of the practice. I was in need of replacement retainers, and his office staff got me in quickly for an appointment for scans to make new retainers for me. I was very impressed with the doctor and each of the staff I interacted with, and very much appreciate them picking up with my care. Would highly recommend.

The lady that did my spacers was super kind and patient and made my whole visit overall more enjoyable. The front desk staff were also very helpful with registration and check-in, just a great place!

They were able to fit in my daughter for a scan to get a new retainer and it was ready for pick up in two days.
